We are seeking a high energy, passionate, aggressive, sales-minded professionals with strong knowledge of influencer marketing to join our Influencer Marketing team. You will be creating and managing relationships with social media influencers, including prospecting new influencers and nurturing relationships with existing influencers to achieve monthly sales goals with positive ROAS. Strong knowledge of all social media platforms is key for this role.
Based in Newport Beach, CA, eJam is a leading e-commerce company and incubator of consumer goods brands that people love! From health & beauty to home improvement, we leverage technology to support our direct-to-consumer business model, making it effortless for customers to purchase our products.
What You Will Do as a Brand Partnership Manager:
• Identify, prospect, and qualify social influencers to represent our brand
• Negotiate media placement terms with influencers and agencies
• Create unique influencer campaigns that effectively market our brands/products
• Coordinate media production produced and delivered by social influencers on behalf of our brands
• Analyze marketing ROI and make data-informed decisions
• Have fun growing the business AND growing your bottom line!
What You Bring as a Brand Partnership Manager:
• You’re aggressive, fearless, entrepreneurial, innovative and thrive in fast-paced workplaces
• You have a great personality with a genuine desire to learn and grow
• You love building relationships
• Experience with YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, Twitch, Tik Tok & FB Influencers & bloggers
• Solid written, organization and verbal skills (Additional Languages is a plus)
• College degree preferred but not required
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
