This is a 1 year freelance position based remotely but must be local to NYC in the event of a return to the office post Covid19. This position will be 40 hours/week paid weekly on w2. We also provide highly subsidized medical, dental, vision benefits, FSA and 401k match!
Client is looking for someone with strong influencer Marketing skills with agency and CPG experience preferred!!
Fortune 100 CPG clientis seeking an experienced influencer marketing strategist to fill a contractor
position. This contract role will be responsible for building and scaling strategic, always-on influencer
programs acrossbeverage brands. You will execute influencer campaigns
to complement a holistic, full-funnel marketing strategy that supports various campaigns and initiatives for
our brands throughout the year.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record working directly with top-tier talent, clients, agents and
managers to deliver high-concept digital and in-person campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong
familiarity with the influencer landscape and an understanding of how brands leverage talent to support their
overall Growth Marketing objectives. In addition, the candidate has experience with Influencer management
software and tools and a deep understanding of how to utilize data and analytics to measure campaign
success.
Responsibilities:
● Design fully-built out influencer strategies, with an understanding of brand and marketing goals, and
leveraging various levels of influencers for various campaigns, partnerships and initiatives.
● Drive and execute always-on influencer strategy to supportbeveragebrands, including end to end
management of developing briefs, reviewing influencers, and executing influencer campaigns.
● Identify, build, and maintain influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all
levels to promote trust and two-way communication.
● Continuously monitor, manage, and optimize influencer campaigns to ensure that objectives are met.
● Ensure influencer programs are aligned with key growth audiences at the right time on the right platform
to maximize engagement and audience acquisition efforts.
● Partner with the media, media analytics, and influencer tool teams to gather data and establish new
reports and dashboards.
● Identify key insights from research and data that help inform content, audience development and
campaign planning and optimization.
● Monitor social trends, stay abreast of influencers on the rise, best practices, and provide competitive
analysis.
● Build internal and client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and
consistently optimize if not exceeding their expectations.
● Serve as the lead of studio's influencer capabilities as it relates to organic and new
business opportunities.
● Work closely with the creative, brand partnership, and strategy teams to curate influencer content that
can be leveraged across social channels.
Skills & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
● 6+ years experience in influencer marketing, developing and executing influencer strategy and campaigns
● Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer identification,
management and measurement tools.
● Strong creative skills; must have experience working with influencers to develop unique concepts to
integrate brand deals into engaging content.
● Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms
and have experience using the appropriate tools and methodologies to measure impact of campaigns.
● Strong understanding of the social, digital, influencer landscape, and Internet culture.
● Responsive and efficient; ability to organize and manage multiple projects adhering to strict timelines in a
fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structure and partner
across functions.
● Ability to address delicate issues with sensitivity and empathy.
● Experience in CPG and creative brief writing a plus
