White Pants account managers are responsible for how brands are presented to consumers online. As digital experts, they advocate for our clients by developing strategies and campaigns online. This role is responsible for day-to-day client relationships and drives business by working with clients' internal teams, agency partners, and external partners.
This job includes client relationships, financials, quality of the work product, and team motivation. This person should have extensive experience leading million-dollar engagements with parallel work streams. Working with our incredibly talented team, the White Pants Account manager becomes the focal point for tactical leadership while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities. They're there from start to finish. Ultimately, the hub that's holding everything together.
- White Pants is looking for someone who can identify a client's business needs and work with both the client and White Pants to understand, define and build effective and innovative solutions (both large and small) that generate measurable results. They can take on both our clients and our internal teams' point of view and voice those perspectives and information to the other side with success.
- Experience with digital work is crucial. Intimately understanding the digital world with expert knowledge executing online marketing strategies is a must. This role will require you to work on influencer campaigns, social media content production, digital advertising, data-targeting, analytics, campaign planning, community management, and much more.
What We Would Like to See
- 4+ years related experience in a client service role with an emphasis in digital marketing, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
- Comfort and skills in facilitating a strong relationship between White Pants and our clients in any given situation. This will require interaction with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff.
- Ability to manage and set client expectations. The Account Manager combines client needs and White Pant's abilities to figure out the best way to produce winning work. Make sure that everyone's happy.
- An ability to mentor and manage fellow employees, lead by example, and take an active interest in fostering the talents of those working with them.
