SPROUD is an exciting lifestyle brand, vegan, clean and delicious, founded in Malmö in Sweden, 2018. SPROUD is a plant-based milk powered by the remarkable yellow pea that delivers a brand that is close to dairy milk in taste and texture, is nutritious and always as low carbon footprint as possible. SPROUD is sold in retail, on-line and in the Foodservice market. The current range of includes a formula developed for Barista, an unsweetened with 0g sugar, and a delicious chocolate flavored. There is an exciting product innovation and plans to expand into related categories

Sproud is the leading pea-based brand in Europe and expanded to the United States and Canada in summer 2020.

We now want to build our NA organization and are looking to add brand marketing to our existing team based in New Jersey. The person will work closely with the Sproud Global Brand in Malmo and with the commercial team in the US to develop bespoke marketing plans for the US and Canada.

If you have a background in building success with a plant-based lifestyle brand and insight about the North America consumer plus love to generate business, you may be our ideal candidate!

Responsibilities include the following -

· Responsible for designing and executing local marketing and promotions

· Work closely with sales in supporting retail, and food services as well as online sales

· Handle local PR firms and execute ideas

· Handle local partnerships and collaboration

· Handle the local ambassador and influencer network

How this role will deliver success

· Delivery of annual sales in NA

· ROI and ROAS in key activities

· Budget management and control

Qualifications

· At least 5 years of brand building and consumer marketing in natural foods market with experience of plant-based dairy or meat alternatives categories an advantage

· Knowledge on building a media strategy specifically focused to grow a plant-based business across all channels.

· Experience in building brand on-line across Amazon, Wal-Mart, Instacart and Retailer sites

· University Educated with Bachelor degree
