A Social Media Manager with Swiggard Creative is a digital and marketing whiz, proclaimed creative, and brand builder who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. You can’t get enough of social media and brand strategy––you keep up with the latest digital trends, have an eye for creating on-trend content, and consider top influencial accounts as a credible news source. You’re also obsessed and keep up with local hot spots, design, wellness, lifestyle and hospitality brands. You are comfortable being the account dynamo, helping meet client goals by crafting a unique voice and channeling brand sentiment to build authentic, relevant, interactive conversations and relationships. You know how to meet and beat deadlines, stay ahead of trends and always look for new ways to stay on top and ahead of content. You like to think big and execute grand ideas. You’re a problem solver and you value the relationships your building with clients and their communities. Your writing is thought-provoking and creative, and you possess an almost obsessive attention to detail. You value team collaboration and contribute to the company culture. You're joining Swiggard with experience in photography, photo editing, video content creation and proficient in Adobe Creative suite.
Experience in photography is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspect of client accounts
- Develop account strategy and content calendars with original copy and visuals
- Conceptualize and manage comprehensive marketing plan and monitor effective benchmarks for best practices
- Drive strategies that are proven by testing and monitored analytics
- Create social media graphic visuals for accounts
- Manage efforts in building brand awareness and community positioning for accounts
- Maintain a high volume of activity including creating and editing content for client accounts
- Expand community/influencer outreach efforts
- Manage promotions and social media boosts
- Develop and pitch ideas for client accounts
- Responsible for reporting analytics for accounts
- Responsible for monitoring and engaging in online conversations, including responding to questions and comments; coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays on occasion will be expected
- Responsible for some account photography
- Schedule and manage content shoots
- Manage pre-production and post-production shoot tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Photography, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of agency experience in the field of social media management and content creation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Extensive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media networks
- Experience with launching social campaigns for restaurants, e-commerce brands, B2C brands, etc.
- Background in creative development, social media analytics tools, and campaign analysis
- Media obsessed (there’s no such thing as reading or watching too much)
- Excellent writing skills and experience
- Strong verbal skills and ability to interact with clients
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
