We're looking for an influencer manager to support the launch and management influencer marketing campaigns for us. The right person will be a student of culture, a lover of social media, and an experienced hand at managing influencers of all sizes. This person will need to be social and outgoing while nurturing relationships with influencers across a broad range of categories.

We are a distributed company, so you will have lots of video meetings, but you can work from pretty much anywhere that has good internet.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential influencers that would fit with our client’s goals and brand identity
  • Reach out to influencers to introduce Plein Air, our projects, and gauge interest in partnership
  • Write the creative brief to send to influencers
  • Negotiate payment and get contracts signed
  • Ensure all influencer engagements, both paid and organic, meet client and FTC guidelines
  • Create a database to store influencer data including social profiles, contact information, rates, location and follower information
  • Keep open communication with influencers to answer any questions and provide support
  • Work with clients and internal teams to coordinate influencer payment, gift card distribution and brand experiences
  • Be the liaison between influencers and clients
  • Work with the media team to calendarize content
  • Review influencer content before it goes live
  • Keep track of and record content as it goes live
  • Assist in influencer reporting
  • Assist with internal social media tasks as needed

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a social media role
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools
  • Experience working in social media with a good understanding of each channel
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Highly adaptable with an ability to shift priorities in real-time to meet client needs
