The Role
As a founding member of our Influencer Marketing Team, you will be the point person for our brand with hundreds of influencers and creators. Our brand will come to life and expand through the relationships you form. The Influencer Marketing Manager is a fearless, self-motivated and highly creative individual that can optimize processes and is exceptionally resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Own the sourcing, outreach and negotiations with influencers/creators
- Build strong relationships with influencers/creators
- Play a key role in our overall influencer/creator marketing strategy
- Work closely with our paid marketing team to improve the performance of influencer/creator content
- Deeply understand TikTok, Instagram, Snap and YouTube in order to best identify the right people to target
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Performance Marketing, Social and Customer Operations
- Manage a budget, maximizing long-term ROI
- Establish systems to ensure usage rights, contacts and all other creator details are up to date and readily available
- Develop reporting and analytics to track and optimize efforts
- Oversee the agreement and payment processes
About You
- 2+ years of influencer or brand partnerships experience
- Highly creative can align messaging with creators of all levels of influence
- Experience with outreach, campaign management, and partnerships negotiations
- Strong knowledge of the various influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega)
- Expert in all things social including TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube
- Thorough understanding of contract structures and talent agreements
- Able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track
- Ability to quickly learn and optimize new processes
- Strong project management skills, and can multitask between short-term and long-term projects that involve multiple teams
- Team-oriented mindset and highly cross-functional works with a wide range of individuals
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously
