Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 Annually

Ambassador Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the Ambassador program
  • Responds to all Ambassador emails
  • Approves Ambassador requests daily
  • Answers any emails with common ambassador questions
  • Create bi-weekly Ambassador texts - new product releases, sales, etc.
  • Pay Ambassadors once a month
  • Create weekly Ambassador emails
  • Create challenges to keep ambassadors engaged with our social platforms - TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
  • Update Ambassadors when new products are releasing each month
  • Send early access emails each product launch
  • Manage FaceBook Community Page and keep it up to date with new information each week
  • Manage Ambassador Instagram Account
  • Actively searches out potential Influencers to work with and directs them to Alex
  • Grow Canadian Influencer relations and potential Europe Influencers/athletes
  • Work with Influencer Manager (Alex) to help find content creators to work with each month/quarter

Media Planner

What You’ll Do

  • Learn standard methodologies for how to create compelling ad copy that resonates with users
  • Perform keyword research and opportunity estimates to identify and target new customers
  • Gain experience building, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns towards company goals and objectives
  • Create volume forecasts and pitches for paid media traffic
  • Collaborate with others in the marketing department to ideate, build, and implement landing pages to improve website conversion
  • Gain a wider understanding of how search efforts affect the HydroJugs bottom line
  • Plan Advertising Campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google & Youtube 2-4 weeks before launch.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on events and product launches.
  • Work with Photographer and Videographer and attend shoots for creative assets.
  • Meet with Copywriter for ad copy
  • Coordinate with the influencer manager on advertising campaigns involving sponsored athletes

What you Need

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel
  • Attention to detail with a drive to achieve
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A desire to collaborate and work with others
  • Ability to accept and deliver feedback
  • Experience working with digital media is a plus
  • Google AdWords & Google Analytics Certifications a plus
  • Experience with other marketing channels a plus

  • To preferably be a graduating senior with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Finance, or a closely related field
