Creative Producer

Moms who pump told us that they often need to press pause on life while they pump and that their dream pump would be truly mobile and unplugged. Willow is a complete re-imagining of the breast pump - it is the world’s first all-in-one breast pump that fits in a bra.

Willow is looking for a detail oriented and collaborative Creative Producer (Contract) to help build and manage a leading creative organization. The right candidate has experience defining, developing and deploying world-class creative development and production on time and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities | What you'll do:

• Lead Creative Prioritization to plan and organize creative production weekly
• Lead Creative Review in partnership with Creative Director to ensure cross functional alignment and approvals on creative content
• Own budgeting for Creative function
• Own approval process and feedback structure
• Own assignment of creative responsibilities in partnership with Creative Director
• Define creative briefing and creative kick offs
• Work with outside agencies and vendors for initiatives such as photoshoots, video shoots, influencer briefs, brand campaigns, vendor paperwork, etc.
• Organize creative assets and help cross functional partners with access to production assets

Experience | What you'll bring:

• 5-7 years years experience in program management, creative production or project management at a start-up
• Expert in defining and setting up truly helpful project management offices, not just process for process sake
• Experience in creative production, design management or creative trafficking
• Experience with B2C, DTC and/or Ecommerce brands
• Expert in project management software and tools

This is a contract role lasting 6 months
