Manager, Consumer Engagement, Clinique North America
The Manager of Consumer Marketing for Clinique, NA will be responsible for overseeing all advertising plans in partnership with Clinique retail partners – including digital advertising, paid social, video, print and direct mail. He/She will work closely with the North America Account Management teams and Retailers to create assets, plan budgets and report on results. In this role, he/she will work closely with the NA Trade Marketing teas and Retailers to create programs that are driving the business during key selling periods.. As part of the Consumer Engagement team – this person will be a part of the seamless consumer communications messaging from PR/Influencer Marketing, Brand Advertising and Social Media
30% Execute digital strategy for the brand in accordance with agreed upon strategy, including paid social, display, video, search marketing. Report back real time learnings for optimizations.
20% Liase directly with Retailers and Trade Marketing partners on creation of consumer facing programs for key launch/selling periods. Executes programs with US Media agency.
10% Liase with PR, Trade Media, Social Media teams for integrated, holisitic media strategies based on US priorities.
10% Manages CoOp Media budgets and flow charts/calendars.
10% Manages creative editing for specific retailer trade advertising programs
10% Manages CL Direct Mail program both creative and segmentation.
10% Works on full scope of Consumer Engagement Team helping to execute all activations across Consumer Journey
Digital Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Reporting, some travel required.
