Our mission is to make the lives of digital marketers and analytics teams easier. We are an automated platform that validates marketing tags and optimizes digital analytics implementations. Our goal is to establish a repeatable process that aligns teams and technologies.

Have you ever browsed a website only to have ads for an item you looked at start following you around the internet? Clearly some digital force is aware of your every online move. They’re called tags: little pixel-sized tracking beacons that are embedded in the coding on web pages to capture and report site activity. Sometimes these tags break because human error interferes with their tracking abilities, leaving marketers blind about what’s working or not in order to better serve your online needs.

At ObservePoint, we make sure those tags are functioning properly. Our patented technology allows us to audit the digital tags on a website and check for functionality. We locate and report on any errors or potential issues and can even set up proactive alerts to notify site owners when things break. And who cares about tags breaking? All the biggest brands in the world, many of whom are our clients:

Adobe, Comcast, Ford, HPE, Harley-Davidson, Texas Instruments, Overstock.com, and Johnson & Johnson (just to name a few).

Position Overview

ObservePoint is currently building out our inbound marketing team. We’re looking for a metrics-driven, goal-oriented individual that is fast on their feet and is passionate about impacting the bottom line. This is a high visibility position with a direct impact on revenue for the business.

Principal Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • B2B inbound omni-channel lead generation and acquisition strategies and execution.
  • Paid advertising, re-marketing + SEM strategy and execution, including, but not limited to, social media (especially LinkedIn), search and display. Ability to manage large monthly budgets and report on performance.
  • SEO optimization to increase organic traffic through targeted keywords (i.e. Ahref, Google Search Console)
  • Ownership and management of Marketo/SFDC, including but not limited to, lead nurture, managing the marketing funnel, direct creation of microsites and landing pages.
  • Strategic results-driven copywriting to attract prospects to the marketing funnel
  • Co-marketing (strategic marketing alliances), influencer marketing and thought leadership
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and roadmap to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
  • Leveraging video content to increase inbound lead generation (not responsible for direct video creation, but may contribute to strategy and positioning)
  • Basic graphic design for landing pages, emails, and microsites (i.e. Canva, Sketch)
  • Work closely with the BDR team to track follow-up and lead generation.
  • Inbound lead generation reporting and analytics via Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Expert market research abilities and competitive analysis
  • Ability to A/B test campaigns to optimize inbound lead generation (i.e. PageSense, Google Optimize)

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in successful lead generation and acquisition campaigns that directly impact business revenue required, preferably B2B.
  • High energy, developing digital and online marketing / acquisition specialist with 5+ years experience in performance acquisition.
  • Analytical, structured thinker who can assess business opportunities and read prospective partners.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for campaign reporting and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize raw data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. (Domo/SFDC)
  • 3-4 years of experience with Marketing Automation (SalesForce Marketing Cloud) and creating microsites and high-performing landing pages required
  • 2-3 years of Wordpress/Webflow Experience preferred
  • Experience advertising content microsites required
  • 2-3 years of experience with CRM systems required
  • 3-5 years of experience with paid advertising, SEM and SEO for lead gen
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams required
  • Experience collaborating with content and creative marketing team required
  • Experience working in the B2B software industry a huge plus
  • Experience working with a subscription, SaaS business model a plus
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills. (Wrike)
  • Experience working with Windows Outlook and Word, Advanced with Excel
