Job Description
Farmasi is seeking a CREATIVE AND FORWARD THINKING Sr. Social Media Manager to lead the development, strategy and implementation of social media ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS. This includes creating, developing social plans for the overall brand, supporting new product launches, creating day-to-day content and management of Farmasi’s social accounts.
As the Sr. Manager of Social Media, you will create and manage the content calendar, schedule regular content on all the official Faramsi social media accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Creating day-to-day content and managing of Farmasi’s social media accounts
- Leading the ongoing strategy, development and execution of a best-in-class social media
- strategies that leverage existing and emerging social media channels that ladder up to integrated commercialization calendar
- Implementing and managing shoppable posts on Instagram and understands how to utilize Google Analytics to measure success
- Training Consultants with social training program that educates on how to develop strategic social content as well as how to sell on social
- Developing briefs with actionable insights and guidance that help brand spokespeople develop social-first content
- Copywriting and storyteller who has an eye for grammatical errors when drafting or reviewing social posts, corporate and consultant communications (e.g. emails, Facebook Group posts), and training materials
- Conducting real-time social media listening, building dashboards and understanding how to structure alerts and notifications for potential crises
- Fulfilling social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, KPI forecasting, messaging, and audience and influencer identification
- Developing and actively managing direct report’s goals, professional development plans, and conduct annual performance feedback and evaluation
Skill Set
- A minimum of 5+ years in digital marketing and/or social media with 2–3 years
- management responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Experience in a lifestyle, skincare or beauty/wellness brand recommended
- Subject matter expert on social best practices, channel limitations, and trend forecasting
- A demonstrated knowledge of social media marketing best practices on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter , TikTok and Snapchat
- The ability to effectively partner and motivate across functions and with outside agencies and partners (i.e. social agency, vendors, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and being accountable
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and a great attention to detail
- Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
