Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager is an integral part of our agency team. S/he will support a number of priorities including organic and paid content calendar execution, influencer programs, paid social ads, social strategy, reporting and community management.

Responsibilities
Lead organic and paid content calendar execution:
- Develop monthly calendar outlines and recommendations based on, but not limited to, the following:
-Strategic alignment with established and evolving brand strategies
-Inner Agency Team (IAT) brand initiatives
-Seasonal moments/holidays
-Integration of influencer and/or brand partner content
-Product priorities
- Brief creative team on monthly calendar overviews so they can develop recommended content
- Check completed content calendar for accuracy (missing fields, relevancy to intended direction, URLs, hashtags, content sources, etc.) before sharing with Senior Social Manager/Agency Lead for final internal review
- Manage internal/external deadlines with content calendar development
Support greater social team in managing influencer programs:
- Work with Senior Social Manager to develop influencer campaign strategy
- Assist in influencer vetting, outreach, and negotiations
- Work with creative team to develop influencer brief
- Coordinate executional details, product shipping, content feedback, and reporting with influencers and their management teams
- Share influencer content with client for review/feedback
- Lead post-campaign report development and presentation
Manage paid social advertising execution on all platforms:
- Maintain knowledge of latest best practices
- Understand how to schedule/monitor/optimize ads
- Coordinate asset needs, delivery, and optimizations with paid media agency partners
- Complete Facebook BluePrint training and certification and additional platform training where relevant
Work with Sr. Social Manager to develop social strategies and client decks as needed:
- Actively participate in brand planning and brainstorming
- Proactively share competitive examples and noteworthy campaigns with greater team
Lead all monthly, quarterly, and campaign social reporting:
- Minimum basic-to-intermediate understanding of Excel (sort data, pivot tables, chart creation, etc.)
- Analyze data and articulate trends, insights, and optimizations
- Build client-facing decks with quantitative and qualitative insights in Keynote
Champion community management:
- Inform Community Manager of relevant brand updates/considerations
- Collaborate with Community Manager on community-building strategies on all platforms
- Understand community management workflows, client FAQ documents, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Ad Agency experience specific to Social Media Marketing
- Must be obsessed with social media and understand its ability from a brand perspective
- Amazing attention to detail and a take-charge attitude
- Commitment to excellence, work non-standard hours when necessary, anticipate issues and communicating with diplomacy
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends and pop-culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, both in structure and content
- Must be a self-starter and high energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote (iWork Office Suite), and Google Apps Suite
