Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager based in Los Angeles to join our growing team!

On our team, you will be given the creative freedom to develop brand relationships with social influencers and help build brand awareness across social media platforms. This position requires strong organization skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills with a strong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape. The ideal candidate creatively thinks outside of the box, has a good eye for detail, takes initiative and works well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns; including: framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting
  • Own and actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with influencers
  • Drive relationships with content creators & managers across key social channels including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
  • Continuously engage with existing group of influencers to drive promotion frequency
  • Serve as seamless liaison between our unpaid and paid influencer campaigns and affiliate program
  • Identify and collaborate with content creators and influencers to develop brand content
  • Develop strategy for scaling our influencer search
  • Conceptualize new ideas for company branding, influencer morale, PR packages
  • Evaluate social media and design trends, staying current with the latest branding techniques
  • Generate new content ideas while considering industry trends, product inventory levels, and upcoming product launches
  • Actively monitor performance and provide updates on key social/marketing metrics
  • Maintain monthly Influencer budget

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Portfolio/examples of work
  • In-depth experience with established influencer channels, YouTube, Instagram, Snap, etc.
  • 2+ years agency experience
  • 4+ years experience in social media and influencer/affiliate marketing in beauty, health, wellness or lifestyle experience preferred
  • Social native who stays ahead of social media trends, capabilities and platforms
  • Team player, highly organized and task oriented
  • Fine attention to detail, design and user experience
  • Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
  • A passion for the health and wellness industry
  • Able to work remotely and commute to Santa Monica, CA 4-5 times per week
