Global Marketing Lead, Advocacy Program

At Facebook, more than 200 million businesses use our free tools to connect with customers, and more than 10 million of those choose to advertise across our services, the vast majority of which are small and medium sized businesses. A subset of these are our most passionate supporters - they’ve grown their businesses on our platforms and routinely share their insights and success in their communities & with each other through our Boost with Facebook Leaders Network (BLN). We are looking for a Global Marketing Lead to serve as the owner of our Boost Leaders Network (BLN) program. This manager will oversee all aspects of the program, including design, implementation, and leadership, managing direct reports and overseeing coordination with regional and cross-functional partners. This lead will be responsible for a complex program with global impact. As the program owner, you are accountable for the overall strategy as well as driving teams in and outside of the direct organization to set and deliver on the goals of the BLN program. You aim to optimize processes to identify, nurture and tell the stories of thousands of small businesses around the world who are using Facebook to grow their businesses. You are passionate about small business and the opportunity Facebook provides; knowledgeable and rigorous on program management best practices; analytical and data-driven; communicative and collaborative. You are able to identify gaps and opportunities, and work relentlessly to solve them. You will work closely with our Small Business, Policy, Communications, and Regional Business Marketing teams to deliver a program that provides value to our members, strengthens perceptions of the Facebook brand in local communities, and aligns with our overarching small business and economic growth narratives.
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize all aspects of the BLN program, including processes to identify, nurture and activate members
- Coordinate with cross-functional and regional counterparts to ensure coordinated and consistent global approach and delivery
- Determine program goals and measurement
- provide timely metric reporting
- Lead on high-priority company initiatives, ensuring we have the right small business owner for the right opportunity at the right time
- Develop and build new program initiatives (training, content)
- Oversight of call center operations, communications, translations and overall member experience
- Manage the overall program budget
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors as needed
- Manage team of direct reports
Minimum Qualification
- 10+ years of integrated marketing experience focusing on strategy/global programs
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience working with advertising & content marketing agencies
- Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner
