Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to support the rapid growth of our marketing team here at FORME Life! Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for creating offline and online programs which build awareness and engagement among both current and future FORME Life Members. The ideal candidate has a passion for conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and is both creative and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Work with brand and marketing leadership to build out an integrated campaign playbook
- Manage multiple platforms (email, social, influencer) to ensure daily marketing activities are managed efficiently and effectively
- Own end-to-end management of campaign execution, including campaign concepting, setup, conversion flows, and optimization
- Curate on-brand content necessary to support campaigns by working with our brand and marketing teams
- Collaborate with performance marketing and user acquisition teams to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
- Partner closely with creative leadership to ensure strong brand and marketing alignment
- Document processes and best practices in our handbook for the broader marketing team to reference
Experience
- Creative – You know successful campaigns rely on incredible creative concepts just as much as on strategic data analytics. You've built a reputation for bringing impactful creative campaigns to life.
- Analytical – You are very comfortable diving into campaign measurement and reporting to understand what's driving performance. You can tap into both your right and left brain to ensure your creative campaign solutions are making an impact.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented – You can't stand to let things fall through the cracks and are scrappy, with a can-do attitude that is essential in a start-up environment.
- Experienced – You have a few years of experience developing and managing integrated campaigns in a growth-oriented agency or in-house environment.
- 5+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience and portfolio of successful integrated campaigns in a results-driven environment
- Direct experience with several distribution channels: email, social, ppc, OOHA, search, podcasts, or influencer
- Ability to write compelling copy
- A desire to contribute value in other areas as part of a small team, and drive to always be evaluating new ideas and approaches for improving results
