Ader Talent is a Talent Management group representing leading Influencers in Gaming.
Ader Talent **is a division of Ader Gaming, a leading gaming agency activating publishers, endemics and brands with gaming audiences.

The Talent Management Coordinator is a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in, and a passion for, gaming, social media and influencer marketing. In this role, you'll assist Talent Managers with day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Talent.
Responsibilities will include playing a supportive role in project managing digital activations and partnerships, providing operational support and structure to the business operations of the management group. You’ll be supporting and providing incredible service experience to
Talent and contribute meaningful growth of Ader Talent by organizing essential and critical operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience assisting in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, and project managing digital launches. You should have a deep-rooted interest in gaming, sheer passion for helping others, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.

Responsibility

  • Contribute to the business planning for Talent development in content, monetization, profile, positioning and opportunities.
  • Identify prospects in Twitch and YouTube ecosystem for recruitment, summarize profiles and share within the organization.
  • Provide marketing operational support to marketing activity for Ader’s individual

Talent/Influencers/Creators as well as Ader Talent as an organization including but not limited to PR, content marketing, social, web and other media.

  • Canvas social media for Ader, Ader’s individual Talent, and key competitor profiles.

Share insights, work and highlights within the Talent organization for knowledge, action or application.

  • Provide support to Talent managers in organizing key activities (calendar), opportunities, business development status and other information for regular client communication.
  • Provide operational support from planning to execution of key brand campaigns and activations for Talent including preparation of Talent briefs, client reporting and organizing creative elements from the shared services organization.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for the talent in support of the talent manager and to richen the service level provided to talent.
  • Assist in collecting, managing and analyzing talent information such as demographics, social analytics, profile and personal preferences.
  • Assist Talent Manager with administrative practices including:
  • Creating business agendas
  • Organized and actionable call notes (with Talent, Clients, Partners and Internal)
  • Support centralized trackers of key business information
  • Organize and create billing requests to finance to invoice clients

  • Organize internal records into progress trackers for talent to be highly organized and vigilant.
  • Contribute to the packaging of individual Talent (or groups of Talent) for opportunities.
  • Assist talent managers in preparation for and onboarding of new talent, in weekly calls and quarterly business reviews..
  • Architect and manage a weekly tracker of critical talent activity, group deals, campaign management/status, and encountered issues/solutions..
  • Organize internal systems within the talent department to ensure easy to reach information. Concept and/or propose methods for efficiency in reporting, managing and analyzing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven work experience at a talent management company, talent agency, gaming lifestyle company and/or Esports organization
  • Executive Assistant experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social and content platforms
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern entertainment industry business practices
  • Outstanding commercial awareness, confidence, drive, and initiative.
  • Client-service and client-first minded communication.
  • Being able to network efficiently, meet new people, and building relationships with professionals in the field. Exceptional negotiating and social skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and writing contexts.
  • Independent work ethic.
  • Thoughtful and resourceful management of adversarial situations with calm, tact and discretion.
  • Time management and organizational skills for prioritization/activation of highest impacting activities.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly experienced in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Reporting to Director, Talent Management.

  • Current status: remote work.
  • Los Angeles, CA, is headquarters for the company and preferred location. Exceptions may be considered.
  • Compensation may be adjusted to reflect experience.
