Senior Account Executive - Digital/Influencer

Seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Account Executive for its New York office who wants to be part of a growing and engaged team that creates integrated marketing communications solutions for clients.

We deliver breakthrough ideas, culturally relevant programs and execute with excellence to our longstanding client partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and PR disciplines, and a strong interest in consumer beauty and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as day-to-day client contact and act as client lead as appropriate
• Contribute to operational performance of multiple accounts, according to agency guidelines
• Lead account teams and mentor direct reports
• Participate in integrated planning within the agency and in interagency teams
• Work with integrated teams across earned media, influencer, social and paid to execute integrated programs
• Demonstrate media relations and influencer proficiency including creating and executing traditional and social influencer plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with reporters, influencers and other media stakeholders
• Draft a range of media materials including press releases, key message documents, pitches, social media content, etc.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in public relations at an agency or corporate in-house (aesthetics/beauty and/or nutrition/wellness experience preferred)
• Fluency and/or familiarity with digital and social media required
• Experience working on integrated communication programs
• Solid working knowledge of key media and social influencers
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Available to work a full-time schedule
