Job Description

Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Digital Brand Manager in Miami to join our year-old Beyond Beer department. This department was crafted to challenge the beer mentality and to drive focus in a rapidly growing beverage category. We are a group of fearless business owners who want to deeply understand our consumers. We step change norms and define emerging categories to meet their needs. And, we go beyond every day to support each other to lead future growth

This person will work on a portfolio of our established & emergent flavored malt beverage alcohol brands, including Ritas, the margarita inspired brand that launched the entire category.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mind, excellent project management skills, and an obsession with internet culture. You will flex your creativity on a wide range of projects and will work closely with other hardworking creatives, media teams, and brand teams to make our brands part of the social fabric.

Responsibilities

  • Sets social, digital, and e-commerce strategy
  • Coordinate the content creation and execution on relevant social channels (FB, Twitter, IG, etc.)
  • Leads earned idea development with PR team and social execution.
  • Leads influencer strategy and execution on owned brands.
  • Leads digital and media monthly performance and optimization
  • Establish brand voice and guidelines and work in the digital touchpoints
  • Understand trending topics to drive impactful creative at the speed of culture
  • Supports data collection and brand owned platforms

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications / Skills

  • 4+ years of digital agency or publisher experience, and experience with social media content ideation and creation
  • Proficient in the digital world & platform execution
  • Experience in collaborative & close-knit work environment with creative, influencer management, and digital agencies
  • Thrive on multi-tasking & work on several brands at once, within tight deadlines
  • Be proactive! The digital world is often the first touchpoint a consumer has with the brand, so any ideas to connect better with consumers is a requirement!
  • Challenger mentality - creative, innovative & solutions driven, non-traditional
  • Dreams big, ambitious, entrepreneurial
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
