Location: Remote + New York, NY

Responsibilities:

• Report into SVP, lead creative ideation and project development across experiential, press, and influencer marketing for global CPG beauty brand.
• Manage overarching strategy and high-level client relationships.
• Directly oversee, coach, and inspire a team of 4 to secure monthly placements, support client campaigns, and generate ownable campaign ideas.
• Direct high-level media strategy, brand messaging, and high-stakes communications.
• Manage budgets, develop allocations, track billable hours, and review invoices with clients.
• Project manage campaigns: create timelines, estimate costs, organize staffing, and measure the performance of billable employees.

Requirements:

• 12+ years’ directly relevant experience within a PR & Communications agency.
• Expertise working with BEAUTY clients a MUST.
• Experience with influencer marketing and experiential activations.
• Experience overseeing large teams servicing complex clients with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing million-dollar budgets.
• Experience personally devising out-of-the-box innovative ideas (big and small) to introduce brands to new audiences.
• Able to identify brand business objectives and develop strategies to match and delivering meaningful reporting to analyze team’s results.
