Compensation: $165,000 to $200,000 Annually
Responsibilities:
- Develop the basis for how the Marketing Team prioritizes and allocates resources; lead quarterly and annual goal setting and planning, develop a scalable marketing strategy, and create integrated marketing programs that support the short and long-term goals of the business.
- Serve as company’s influencer brand advocate; create an inspiring and ownable narrative around how the organization is revolutionizing influencer marketing and entertainment.
- Build and manage the marketing team and oversee a roster of agencies and consultants.
- Oversee PR, events, and social; create a powerful thought leadership strategy and a scalable, high-quality B2B content marketing engine.
- Plan and lead the overall global marketing vision, strategy, and P&L for company’s influencer business, with a keen eye on supporting sales.
- Join forces with key Influencer business divisions (Client Service, Sales, Strategy, and Execution) to build marketing strategies and tactics that drive a measurable impact on client revenue; design feedback loops that inform what is/isn’t working and practices that enable us to quickly optimize.
- Define a measurement framework and track and report on all marketing activity; oversee optimization, A/B testing, etc.
- Partner with the marketing leader over company’s Product Placement business for a seamless customer experience on key shared channels such as LinkedIn.
- Oversee all paid activity and optimizations including paid social, SEM, and lead gen activations.
Requirements and Desired Experience:
- 6+ years of data driven B2B marketing exp. w/minimum of 3 years leading and growing a team.
- Expertise, knowledge and passion for the marketing and advertising of the entertainment space, especially influencer marketing and social media.
- Proven success leading high-performance and lean marketing teams in a hyper-growth environment while creating a plan for scale.
- Data driven B2B marketing experience with a history of managing campaigns focused on multiple objectives including new client attraction and retention.
- Powerful writer with experience developing content for B2B campaigns. Track record in building brand narratives and designing content strategies and pipelines to bring them to life across a multitude of channels including PR, social, and events.
- Exp. designing high performing marketing processes, systems, and automation.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and lead gen goals, including performance/growth expertise.
- Ability to comfortably lead, manage, and get hands dirty while setting a strong example (and high bar) for your team.
