Manager, Influencer, Music, Creator Partnerships
Fanbase Influencer, Music, Creator Partnerships Manager is a position responsible for creating innovative and lucrative creator partnerships for Fanbase. That includes driving incremental user and revenue growth through integrated marketing, endorsements, sponsorships, original content, artist brand relationships, and platform activations. The Influencer, Music, Creator Partnerships Manager also assists in creator acquisition, onboarding, and creating strategic alliances with brands and entertainment partners.
The Role
The Influencer, Music, Creator Partnerships Manager is responsible for finding, securing, and onboarding new creator talent for Fanbase. Creating and managing those relationships to grow the creator's overall experience on the platform.
What You Will Need
- Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and management, preferably in music or influencer management.
- Must have a deep understanding of music, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Has their finger on the pulse of Urban/Pop culture, music, and its emerging creators, and talent.
- Track record of successfully closing new deals and developing and maintaining client relationships
- Significant experience in contract negotiations and project execution
- Deep understanding and experience with social media apps.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Superb written and verbal communications skills and an always can get-it-done attitude
- Ability to create and organize content, marketing assets, and platform activations
- Desire and capacity to operate in an incredibly face-paced, multifaceted, demanding environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Apple Keynote a must
- College degree preferred with a focus on music or marketing preferred
What You Will Do
- Oversee all influencer, music, and creator partnerships for Fanbase
- Accountable for achieving revenue and creator growth goals set by the company
- Serve as the liaison and representative for Fanbase and its creator partners across the influencer, music, tech, and entertainment industry
- Provide expert direction and talent oversight across onboarding strategy, project development, contract negotiations/management, and marketing activation development/executions
- Prospect, engage, qualify and develop relationships with emerging and top talent
- Assist in creator expansion for the company
- Serve as the point of contact and leader in the influencer, music, and creator partnerships space for internal Fanbase personnel and external partners.
- Impeccable people skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at any given time
- Creative out-of-the-box thinker with a business/marketing mindset who is always proactive and comes to the table with new ideas and new ways of thinking that will be of considerable benefit to Fanbase and its users.
