Influencer Marketing Manager

This person will be responsible for influencer marketing partnerships and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital: social media and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with the planning, execution, and tracking of influencer marketing programs for Steve Madden across wholesale and retail
  • Responsible for the influencer identification and outreach, contract negotiations
  • Develop and maintain strong, organic relationships with influencers and talent agents
  • Provide detailed recap reporting for influencer programs to share with upper management
  • Identify consumer trends across all social media platforms

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience

Social media expertise

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

Experience managing campaigns with influencer/creator talent
