Due to our exciting growth, BODEN is looking for an Associate to form part of the Social Media team on a Fortune 100 global brand. The Associate will play a key role in the effective execution of client objectives for multiple campaigns. A deep understanding of social strategies and tactics and the ability to communicate them confidently and effectively, as well as being results-driven and adept to meeting deadlines, is important.
In this role, the Associate will be utilizing research and analytical skills to gather information for social listening reports, social content strategies (paid and organic), influencer strategies, and post-campaign recap reports for various campaigns. Individuals with a passion for PR and social media, the multicultural market, measurement, and content will excel in this role.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day of a handful of social media campaigns
- Develop, edit and schedule content for social channels, ensuring brand consistency
- Monitor content performance and page activity to identify opportunities to optimize
- Take ownership of account work while driving consistent engagement across the brand’s platforms; report status of accounts to direct Supervisor
- Daily interaction with client and partner agencies to update, report on, and discuss campaign status
- Collaborate with media, advertising and experiential agencies partners
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
- Miscellaneous research, duties, and projects as required
Desired skills and experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Communications and/or Social Media Strategy
- Experience with strategic planning and campaign development
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, on budget and on deadline
- Excellent Client Management Skills
- Top-notch presentation skills a must
- Proven relationships with the media and developed sense of the new media landscape
- Knowledge of the various social platforms, along with the different nuances of each
- Polished communication (writing and verbal) skills - both in English and in Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and resourceful ‘can-do’ attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Business or related field
