Content / Community Manager

Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop engaging community content, build and optimize sales enablement content, and support product launch rollouts, across our owned marketing channels. Closely interface with the product team to bring the latest and greatest features, updates and functionality improvements to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, social media, or related fields
  • Lead copywriting and content creation for social media, email, editorial, SMS, push and other prospect and customer-facing marketing collateral
  • Drive content strategy and editorial planning across all Tend digital channels
  • Lead customer engagement and customer response / experience efforts; share any relevant information and insights to Operations team for greater overall improvement of customer success processes
  • Support Head of Growth Marketing on paid marketing and influencer content and engagement strategy
  • Support Head of Hispanic Marketing on launch, content and engagement strategy for Mexico to ensure full-funnel adoption and retention goals are met according to the company roadmap
  • Support creative development and execution of broadcast, OTT, radio, podcast, mobile, print, and OOH creative work for regional or national initiatives
  • Liaise with product and technology teams to identify key product updates, roadmap milestones and key announcements to drive content and community engagement
  • Support in account and project management for in-house workstreams, as well as external vendor engagements (PR agency, influencer/talent management, etc.)

· Strong copywriting and social media content creation skills with an emphasis on adapting content to new audiences, markets and evolving brand voice and communication direction

  • Ability to effectively and promptly engage customers and prospects through both proactive and reactive tactics that foster a dynamic two-way communication and express the brand identity and purpose across all externally-facing channels
  • Understanding of Hispanic marketing segment in the United States, with knowledge of the consumer and media landscape in Mexico is preferred
  • Solid project management experience with a history of delivering high-caliber strategic plans, campaigns and assets
