Affiliate Marketing Consultant (Beauty)

We are a fast-paced, high-energy creative agency and we're looking for a self-motivated, pro-active Freelance Affiliate Marketing Manager/Consultant with a very strong network of beauty contacts and partner management skills to join our dynamic team. You will work on several well-known beauty and wellness brands, be a leader within the Digital Marketing team and report to senior marketers. You will collaborate with other specialities like Social Media, Public Relations, Strategy and Design. You will work closely with external partners and liaise with internal teams to drive promotions and marketing programs in order to generate sales and traffic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing our client's external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis. Identifying, evaluating and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other team to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running on a number of our current beauty accounts and possess the following qualities:
- 2-3 years of experience managing affiliate programs
- Full understanding of navigating affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing
- Proven record in recruiting new affiliate partners
- Proven record in maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners
- Ability to regularly monitor campaign performance, compile and submit campaign performance reports
- Own the planning lifecycle for quality partnerships from negotiation, execution, campaign monitoring, reporting and analytics, and evaluation of ongoing partnerships
- Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to influencer and affiliate partners as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
- Manage and service your existing affiliate and influencer relations
- Aggressively recruit new affiliate/influencer partners and establish performance marketing KPIs to drive growth
- Research and work with affiliate/influencer partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
- Actively consult with affiliate/influencer partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue goals through recommendations and implementation of best practices around online marketing programs
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Monitor affiliate/influencer activity and potential policy/program violations
- Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
- Spearhead the development of an influencer marketing strategy to aid new customer acquisition efforts that works in tandem with the affiliate program, ie: whitelisting
- Keep abreast of competition and issues within the performance marketing industry, relevant products, and relevant markets
- Be a self starter with the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast paced atmosphere
- Be creative, resourceful and have a keen attention to detail
- Be able to contribute to a team atmosphere and work well with others
- Have passion for the beauty industry and be success driven
- Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritize own work, keeping account director informed of all developments relating to client work
- GSuite, Keynote skills preferred
