The role:

You’re the coordinator and project manager of innovative live marketing activations and programs that we are activating for our brand clients. You’ll be on the front line and leveraging all of LiveCraft’s people, tools and technologies to deliver exceptional live experiences that blow away client expectations. You have a strong background in social media management and/or influencer marketing and be super-organized, can solve problems on the fly and flourish under the pressure of deadlines.

Day-to-day requirements:

  • Day-to-day liaise with client relating to all live program activities
  • Responsible for the management of the content calendar, including communicating upcoming key dates and deadlines with teams, clients and external partners and talent
  • Coordinating the creation of social assets with internal and external resources
  • End-to-end management, reporting and analysis of social posts
  • Understand client needs and create project plans
  • Briefing streaming talent
  • Writing, proofing and optimizing copy when required
  • Prize and offer management
  • Producing reports and analysis for client presentation

Experience

  • Working knowledge of the live marketing offering of channels including Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Social media channel management and content creation
  • Proven team player having built strong relationships with agency teams, clients, partners and talent
  • Briefing and coordination of other specialists and partners to deliver on their specific tasks
  • Working understanding of paid media offerings from Facebook, Google and Youtube
  • Familiarity of the dynamic marketing or advertising environment
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Google Analytics
