The Role:
Our Social Media group is a multi-faceted team within marketing that supports DailyPay’s mission through a dynamic B2B & B2C social strategy, influencer partnership, online reputation management, employee social advocacy, and community engagement. Ultimately, our goal is to drive DailyPay’s brand awareness via social channels in order to win new business, increase user adoption, retain existing clients and recruit top talent.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Support driving DailyPay’s brand awareness and online market share through owned and on-owned social channels
- Work alongside the Social Media Manager to develop and execute on diverse social media & online reputation strategies
- Assist with the creation, publishing and amplification of relevant, original, high-quality content
- Own community management and customer care experience on DailyPay’s social channels and provide actionable feedback as needed
- Implement strategies to increase followers on owned social media channels
- Support Influencer and content creator outreach and deliverables
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, technologies and emerging trends
- Monitor social media for competitor insights & relevant opportunities to engage in real time
- Measure and report results of social initiatives using tools such as Sprout Social
What You Bring to The Team:
- 3+ years of work experience in B2B or B2C social media marketing role
- Advanced experience with major social media platforms
- Passion for storytelling and building content that not only supports a project but connects DailyPay’s mission to our audience
- Intermediate experience or familiarity with Canva or Adobe Design Suite
- High emotional intelligence and experience in customer facing roles
- Aptitude for spotting social trends & chiming in with social commentary
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high quality work while meeting all deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as needed
- Results-driven and growth oriented
- Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be require
