Senior Digital Strategist, Influencer Marketing - New York
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist, Influencer Marketing who will provide digital/social counsel to our public affairs, social impact, and marketing communications clients; elevate and manage the digital presence for M Booth Health itself, and play the lead digital counsel role in new business presentations. With a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory guidelines, will develop digital plans that creatively connect health organizations and brands to the right online audiences, including patients, physicians, policymakers, and payers—in a way that measurably moves minds and improves health.
Our Senior Digital Strategist will...
- Be willing and able to both counsel and “do”—pivoting often from shaping innovative digital strategies to managing or implementing a digital campaign
- Train and lead account teams to provide and implement cutting-edge digital solutions designed to advance health understanding and outcomes
- Persuasively sell digital proposals and ideas in live presentations and in writing—often in competitive new business pitch situations
- Know the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical guardrails that govern digital/social, yet have an innovation and risk-taking approach and spirit
- Be Digitally Operational, providing accurate time and cost estimates for projects ranging from web design to social campaigns; manage those budgets through implementation
- Use data/convert social listening to sound insights and strategies
- Advocate for “always on” paid social strategies when appropriate
Requirements
- Four-year degree
- Must understand and have a portfolio of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical digital experience, including earned and paid social
- 8+ years of experience in digital health, ideally split between agency and in-house to reflect both perspectives
- Solid understanding of both paid and organic
- Effective presentation, training, and client-facing skills
- Stellar communication, verbal and written skills
