The Role:

MILK MAKEUP is looking for an Influencer Relations Coordinator, reporting to the Influencer Relations Manager. This person will work closely with the Director of PR/Influencer Strategy to help coordinate all influencer relations initiatives. This person is our eyes and ears into the world of US influencers to build productive relationships and drive strategy and tactics.

How You’ll Thrive

  • Building and maintaining all talent contact database
  • Building and editing mailer lists, invite lists and other target lists and any culture related partners.
  • Helps create and organize the internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc
  • Prepare, ship and track sample orders for Influencers and brand partners
  • Researching and sharing industry intel including monthly events and other entertainment / social media / influencer/cultural moments news with the internal influencer, marketing and leadership team.
  • Social media & photo monitoring based on EMV goals set.
  • Scheduling / calendar management
  • Maintaining product inventory and fulfilling product send-outs
  • Recording and distributing call notes
  • Reports / recaps / alerts for internal marketing and influencer teams.
  • Attend and participate in the coordination/execution of events and photoshoots, at times outside of work hours when applicable
  • Liaising with LA Milk studios & NY offices
  • Support the rest of the influencer division with additional tasks whenever needed
  • Liaise between the brand, social and internal departments for the execution of brand marketing assets and content sharing
  • Office Management organizing requirements for supplies and office needs
  • Working with the Milk Studios team to organize shipments and send outs.
  • Coordinating all shipment and sends to the influencer community. Packing up the boxes and printing and shipping labels
  • Consistently engages with key influencers and partners through Milk Makeup social media accounts
  • Provides valuable insight to help define the influencer strategy and shape the action plan
  • Brings the voice of the influencers and their consumer followers to the marketing & communication teams
  • Reports on impact and ROI using Tribe Dynamics tools on a monthly basis and following launches
  • Reports immediately on competitive tactics and launches, influencer activities and brand partnerships, emerging trends, etc.
  • Fully immersed in social media comments/reactions to identify latest US trends and opportunities for brand activation and innovation pipeline: new products, new techniques, new consumer behaviors. Consistently reports on findings to marketing and communications teams

We’d like YOU to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of on-the-job experience (including internships)
  • Extremely organized & detail oriented
  • Passionate about the celebrity and influencer landscape
  • Natural ability to interface, appropriately, with celebrities, their teams, influencers and clients
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
  • Expert on social platforms and their features including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (at minimum)
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Expert on MAC and Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, terms and their meaning
  • Experience with social media measurement (Bonus)
  • Experience working events (Bonus)
