The Client Partner team at Tribe Dynamics puts our customers at the core of everything we do. We are actively seeking a Client Partner Coordinator to help drive our team's success. This is an outstanding opportunity to support key client relationships, be a product expert, and become an expert in influencer and earned media programs and best practices, strategy and measurement to our growing base of Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle clients around the world. The ideal match must have a passion for learning, an obsession with solving hard problems, and the desire to have a huge impact.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with Micro clientele (self-service clients), including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management to identify areas of opportunity for upgrades and expansion
  • Support Client Partners in Quarterly Business Review production—produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of brand and campaign performance, aggregate feedback, and suggest new strategic opportunities
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Tribe Dynamics product and our best practices
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the influencer marketing space
  • Identify optimization opportunities within Tribe software and services to support common client processes, actions, and decision making

About You

  • Organized - Ability to efficiently prioritize a large number of competing requests
  • Data-driven - Comfort using data to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and drive solutions
  • Customer-Focused - Experience in an outward-facing role such as customer success or support
  • People-Person - An empathetic active listener who values the input and insights of others
  • Experienced in SaaS - Experience at an enterprise grade software company a plus
  • Influencer Enthusiast - Familiarity with, and enthusiasm for, influencer marketing, and the broader beauty/fashion/lifestyle landscape a plus

About Us

  • Ben Staveley (he/him) first joined Tribe Dynamics in the winter of 2019 as a Business Consultant, and later joined the team full time as the Vice President of Growth. He has previous experience across marketing, e-commerce, and sales prior to Tribe. He is the hiring manager for this position.
  • Hannah Grundy (she/her) originally joined Tribe in 2018 as a Client Partner after working in the luxury fashion space. She has grown into a Senior Client Partner role and now manages Tribe's key partners in the UK and EMEA.
