Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years in influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand management
- Experience managing integrated marketing, media, brand marketing or project/account management
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in multi cultural inclusion marketing and influencer marketing management
- Demonstrate thought-leadership and relationship management with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Effective communications, project management, critical thinking and organization skills
- Mobility and/or consumer electronics experience and/or working with a major carrier, OEM brand, CPG brand or retailer
- Fluent in Spanish

The Hardware and Retail Marketing organization is responsible for driving the growth of Google's hardware brands, including but not limited to Google Pixel, Google Home, Pixelbook, wearables and accessories. We partner with product teams to understand the user, shape the product roadmap, and bring products to market through coordinated global media campaigns. As the US Inclusion & Influencer Marketing Manager for Devices and Services Marketing team, you will support the Inclusion and Influencer Marketing lead. You will be responsible for driving the execution of all inclusion and influencer marketing programs in the US for mobility products. You’ll support inclusion and influencer workstreams while working to find new innovations for cultural relevancy, authentic integrations both product and campaign content and drive consideration and ROI on Inclusion and Influencer marketing programs. You’ll collaborate closely with US Go-To-Market campaigns, social media, creatives and Product Marketing teams to identify content, campaign and conversational opportunities to engage owners, users, prospects, community fans and partners. You will play an integral role in shaping the Inclusion and Influencer marketing strategy and direction for our US campaigns, product launches and evergreen cultural moments.

Responsibilities
- Support US Inclusion and Influencer marketing strategy and content development for product launches and cultural / seasonal moments social strategy
- Lead marketing execution for Inclusion and Influencer marketing - managing agencies, working with cross-functional teams for reviews and approvals
- Support programs with insights and trend reports around influencer and multi cultural inclusion marketing
- Provide US Inclusion & Influencer marketing reporting measuring the impact of our programs and content
