Marketing Manager - Influencer Partnerships

Summary

This is a full-time, permanently remote position. Please apply only if you are available to work PT startup hours (roughly 8/9 am to 6/7pm, but some later evenings and some weekends based on campaign flow).

We are looking for an experienced Influencer and Partnership Manager who will lead and execute the successful day-to-day Influencer and KOL business development activities that support our Partnership department to deliver its quarterly goals. They will also lead and manage the Partnership

Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for meeting department goals via your individual influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting and your team’s affiliate and influencer contributions
  • Accountable for building an effective Influencer outreach strategy and a robust pipeline
  • Responsible for drafting agreements, closing partnerships, and supporting your team to close affiliate and influencer partnerships
  • You’ll support the execution of Influencer marketing deals, both directly with influencers and via agencies/management companies, from start to finish
  • Track and report performance of influencer content and share with COO
  • Create content calendars for each influencer to help them fulfill contractual obligations, and follow up to ensure timely execution

Requirements:

· 3+ years of proven experience as a KOL/Influencer Manager

· Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with KOLs and Influencers

· Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends, including optimization of the right content for each platform

· Strong ability to research and identify key KOLs in different segments

· Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills

· Comfortable working under pressure in a very fast-moving environment

· Be an effective self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
  • Experience developing video strategy for emerging and established content creators
  • Experience developing long/short form video content strategy and translating product experiences into business opportunities
