Position Summary
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for supporting, creating, and maintaining a range of digital and traditional brand marketing team initiatives. The majority of your time will be spent supporting our efforts around social media and influencer marketing; however, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to all of our other marketing channels, as well as develop your analytical skills. What you will do…
- Support, organize, setup, implement, and track results of social media campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns and affiliate marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to create social media posts and curate the IG grid – including generating ideas for (& at times creating on your own) copy, graphics, promotions, etc
- Develop & maintain an optimal post schedule, considering customer traffic & engagement, as well as initiatives across our other marketing channels
- Responsible for the planning and reporting for organic social media content, ensuring all content aligns with the broader brand communications plan and brand positioning
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Care team to ensure they are supported in addressing customer needs on our social platforms
- Stay up to date with trends, best practices and platform updates for all social media channels and build this into our strategy. For example: Shoppable Instagram function, polls, gifs, reels and more
- Suggest new ways to attract customers such as promotions and engaging content ideas
- Facilitate community management through online conversations with customers and respond to questions across channels
- Lead and scale internal influencer program to drive rapid growth
- Research influencers, platforms, niches and engage in outreach
- Recruit and activate influencers. Respond to all inbound and outbound influencer inquiries to build an engaged community and program
- Manage contract negotiation with influencers
- Track and measure the effectiveness of the influencer program. Identify and explore new measurement opportunities for analyzing return on investment
- Develop wrap-up reports to share internally
- Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions related to PR, marketing and event activations
- Develop and evolve current strategies aimed around UGC and influencer content
- Help with photo and video shoots
- Provide support to the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Help streamline processes and work-flows
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards regarding social media marketing and digital marketing in general
Who you are…
- 5+ years working in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing; food/wellness/lifestyle/CPG/subscription experience are all a plus!
- Experience with organic and paid social media landscape is a must
- Have creative flair that you will leverage to translate our content themes through to execution across channels
- Demonstrated project management experience to lead and deliver multiple content work streams simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of engagement metrics and audience growth strategies
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines associated with a fast-paced culinary and consumer trend cycles
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
- Organized, with great time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Detail-oriented & meticulous, with flawless execution. Attention to detail is a must!
- Highly collaborative: you work well with people at all levels, from all backgrounds and celebrate inclusivity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills & strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Google Analytics), Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools, such as Canva, Sketch, LATER, Planoly, Hootsuite and more
- Experience using social media required and knowledge across IG, TW, FB, LI, Pinterest & YouTube are an absolute must!
