Supervisor, Social & Influencer Relations

BODEN is looking for a Supervisor to form part of the Social & Influencer Relations team on Fortune 500 national brands. The Supervisor will play a key role in the effective execution of client objectives for multiple campaigns. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, skilled at measurement and analyzing results, and passionate about developing breakthrough communications work across the social media and influencer landscape. A deep understanding of insights-driven, traditional and new media strategies and tactics, the ability to communicate them confidently and effectively to their clients, being results-driven, and adept to meeting deadlines is a must.

Duties:

  • Manage multiple projects and take ownership of account work while driving consistent media results.
  • Participate in client conference calls and create action steps from meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the social media and influencer landscape
  • Write, review, and/or edit social and influencer materials (many materials will be Spanish-language) – content calendars, creative social approach decks, influencer briefs, and more
  • Work closely with an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) to develop comprehensive plans across key brand/program milestones
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
  • Develop strategic paid and organic social media and influencer plans, including objectives, strategy, tactics (backed by insights), timelines, and budget estimates that are consistent with the larger enterprise communications and marketing strategies of clients
  • Execute paid and organic social media and influencer plans; this includes: working with the creative team to produce creative assets; vetting, negotiating and seeing through influencer partnerships; working with clients’ media investment teams to optimize content strategies
  • Recap programming on an ongoing basis, using an analytical lens; report observations/trend and applications for future work
  • Administrative tasks such as tracking OOP spend across projects and supporting with client invoicing

Desired skills and experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Social Media and Communications
  • Experience with strategic planning and campaign development
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, on budget and on deadline
  • Excellent Client Management Skills
  • Top-notch presentation skills a must
  • Knowledge of the various social platforms, along with the different nuances of each
  • Proven relationships with influencers/content creators, social media platform representatives
  • Polished communication (writing and verbal) skills - both in English and in Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and resourceful ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
