Summary
The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing the company's brand identity through the successful development and execution of strategic social media influencer partnerships and original content campaigns, as well as all other activities that support the Marketing Department.
Under the guidance of the Manager of Public Relations, the Influencer Marketing Specialist coordinates all aspects of the Company's social media influencer/content creator and ambassador programs, including identifying and assessing prospective partners, developing and maintaining working relationships, coordinating travel and curated experiences, and monitoring and evaluating performance. The role also supports the Company's multi-platform social media program with original content creation, asset management, partner relations, and digital community management.
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be required to work with Allegiant team members across the organization as well as tourism agencies, community organizations, athletic partners, and high-profile figures. In many cases, the position will be required to work with discretion.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Emphasis on communications, integrated marketing, public relations, media studies or a related field.
Years of Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of experience working in social media or influencer marketing.
- Experience planning and executing social media marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects or campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Experience creating innovative original social media content for multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of user behavior on digital platforms and how to best engage with each audience.
- Creative, decisive, responsive, able to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, including acute attention to detail.
- Impeccable communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Digitally savvy and proficient across major social media platforms.
- Knowledge of standard software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs.

Job Duties
- Work with Director of Marketing Communications and Manager of Public Relations to develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand identity.
- Assess influencer candidates and build relationships with appropriately aligned individuals.
- Pitch and coordinate all aspects of influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance.
- Book all necessary travel accommodations.
- Collaborate with external partners to create custom curated travel experiences.
- Maintain consistent and accurate files on all influencers and campaigns.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of social media landscape, emerging content trends, and platform developments.
- Create, edit, publish and share social media content based on strategic messaging goals and industry best practices.
- Capture creative, high-quality visual content (photo, video, etc.).
- Identify user-generated content (UGC) and manage assets.
- Develop and execute strategic promotions in collaboration with external partners, influencers, and media sponsors.
- Monitor and moderate user activity on all social platforms to encourage engagement and build brand relationships (B2C and B2B).
- Assist with creative planning and new initiative planning.
- Support all other Marketing Department functions as needed including copywriting, proofreading, research, etc.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
