About You
This is an exciting and pivotal role for you with the potential to have a big impact on RBL and our clients. You are a key player in our fast-growing affiliate practice. You are an affiliate and partner marketing expert, responsible for supporting our head of affiliate marketing and our head of Data Analytics and insights.
You would collaborate closely with our Head of Affiliate Marketing and our CEO. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that includes production, growth, client services, all working to make sure client needs are anticipated and met.
As RBL’s Manager of Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for the following key areas: execution of affiliate recruitment, activation, optimization, communication, reporting, and data analysis. and execution of affiliate, partner, and influencer marketing.
In addition to executional support, you will have a significant seat at the table and voice within the organization and the opportunity to grow with the team. You will need to have the drive to work independently and the communication skills to work as part of a growing team. Teammates that have been successful have been great communicators and have exhibited strong ownership.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Supporting our clients, affiliate team, head of affiliate marketing, and our analytics lead
• Driving affiliate execution for top tier clients
• Support RBL affiliate team recruitment, activation, optimization, communication, and insightful client presentations.
• Work with the team to reach key performance indicators, optimization objectives, and reach client goals.
• Recruitment, Activation, Optimization, Management of relevant incremental partners (affiliates)
• Collaborating to hit targets for both volume, CPA, ROI, and incrementality.
• Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting targets.
• Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives/opportunities accordingly and collaborating with the team to set priorities.
• Monitoring affiliate partner traffic and performance to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets, promotional plans, and targets.
• Troubleshooting pixels, UTM tags, tracking, and instrumentation as needed with help from the team and technical resources.
• Have an eye for building helpful reporting and recommend improvements to existing processes, reporting, and analysis
You’ll need to have:
• A minimum of 2 years’ affiliate partner marketing experience
• Proven prior work experience managing affiliate accounts with various goals and across several different industries
• Experience at one, or more of the following in-house management: affiliate network, affiliate marketing agency, merchant (advertiser), or publisher
• Experience on affiliate marketing platforms: CJ, Impact, RAN, TUNE, Partnerize, and AWIN.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. This is critical to ensure client success, alignment of team and client expectations, in particular on a remote distributed team such as ours.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience required
• A Google Analytics certification
• A passion for Growth and Growth Marketing
• You are an energetic and creative search marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on, learn, and grow in affiliate and paid marketing
• You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Interested in innovation and working with new improved methodologies for boosting performance
