We are seeking a talented marketer to help grow the Influencer category of our affiliate marketing program. You will participate in the building and execution of program perks and incentives for influencer partners, as well as aid in influencer recruitment and communication. In this role, you’ll join a small but growing team of marketers who are working to rapidly scale influencer marketing as a performance marketing channel, with the expectations that it will be a key source of organizational growth for the foreseeable future.

You are a data-driven marketer who loves digging into the details, solving for unique challenges, testing new & unproven tactics and partnering with other teams when necessary to drive meaningful results. You are organized & process oriented. You excel at communications and are comfortable communicating across all levels of an organization. You are a great listener and can develop strong relationships with peers and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and manage program communications with internal and external participants and stakeholders, ranging from individual contributors to Sr. leaders.
  • Document, analyze and provide meaningful insights upon completion of new tests and gifting opportunities.
  • Recruit and on-board influencers to affiliate program
  • Partner with Site Merchandising to identify and grow a large funnel of brand partnerships

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related experience with marketing or specific channel (Brand, Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and working knowledge of influencer marketing principles
  • Strong communications capabilities (verbal/non-verbal skills)
  • Highly organized with demonstrated experience in creating enterprise level workflows and processes
  • Motivated self-starter with an attitude to proactively seek new solutions to meet business needs
