This role will be located in the Los Angeles area. We accepts applications from those located in LA, California or open to relocate.

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our rapidly-growing team in Los Angeles, CA, reporting to our Senior Manager of Brand Communications and Partnerships. Our ideal candidate will provide white glove service in supporting the day-to-day sourcing and execution of Influencer campaigns with macro, mega and celebrity talent in addition to being a brand storyteller and community builder.

THE JOB

  • Manage day-to-day communications with Influencers under the direction of Sr. Manager
  • Oversee brand ambassador campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and community engagement
  • Support the team with Influencer campaigns, including but not limited to sourcing influencers, managing campaigns, overseeing all influencer relationships, and fulfillment of product requests and Influencer gifting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on key product launches and brand campaigns
  • Monitor, track and report on community engagement, content performance and social growth
  • Liaise with creative, brand, growth marketing and merchandising teams
  • Report on success and learnings from Influencer campaigns
  • Evaluate Influencer social postings and provide feedback where needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new social trends and competitive research

The Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in partnerships experience
  • Prior experience in relationship building with top-tier influencers
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong ability to identify and track relevant KPIs focused on achieving teams monthly and quarterly goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Strong time management and communication skills
