Influencer Marketing Intern

Babe Lash is looking for a creative, motivated and diligent individual to assist Babe Lash’s influencer and affiliate program. This program drives a significant portion of our customer acquisition and revenue. This is an important role with opportunities for learning, growth and advancement. The part-time influencer marketing intern reports directly to the influencer marketing manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sourcing and pitching of partnerships
• Help with the daily communication and relationship maintenance with our network of influencers and affiliates
• Track daily efforts in Google Sheets
• Approve affiliate commission orders
• Support the efforts of the influencer marketing manager and director of marketing
• Stay up-to-date on influencer and affiliate marketing trends

Qualifications:

• Junior or senior in marketing, communications, advertising or similar university program or 2 to 3 years of social media and/or influencer marketing-related work experience
• Interest in writing, influencer and brand marketing, social media, community and relationship building
• Writing, marketing, Excel, accounting classes/experience a plus
• E-commerce, social media and influencer marketing experience also a plus!
• Creative, hardworking, respectful and proactive
• Love of beauty, health, wellness, pop-culture and social media

Pay:

• School credit or DOE
• This role has the potential to quickly transition into a full-time paid and/or salary position. Babe Lash has a history of promoting from within and many of our full-time salaried employees started as interns.
