About the Role:

A Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting one or several Full-Service accounts under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager. When fully onboarded, a Digital Marketing Coordinator demonstrates a high level of competency in ad building/execution and standard report building.

It is expected that a Digital Marketing Coordinator will need continued professional development in regards to client communications & advanced/custom reporting, and they will have minimal proficiency in campaign strategy. At this level, Digital Marketing Coordinators are expected to need a certain level of daily direction from Digital Marketing Managers. The soft skills most emphasized in this role are time management, attention to detail, and reliability/follow-through.

Requirements:

  • Legally able to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • 1-2 years general marketing experience (including internships)
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Content marketing, organic or paid social, or marketing creative background (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables (preferred)
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. (preferred)
