Amorepacific US is seeking a Social Media Assistant Manager to lead social media channels for the Sulwhasoo and AMOREPACIFIC luxury skincare brands. While 3+ years of experience in Social Media marketing is a must, the ideal candidate will also have experience in the luxury industry. The role will focus on developing and executing impactful social media strategies across relevant platforms and formats with an emphasis on storytelling, developing engaging editorial and educational content and growing brand awareness and advocacy. Brief Position Information

The role will focus on developing and executing impactful social media strategies across relevant platforms and formats with an emphasis on storytelling, developing engaging editorial and educational content and growing brand awareness and advocacy

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across both luxury brands, identifying relevant and ownable content pillars with strong editorial point of view
  • Core day-to-day social media channel management of owned content and audience engagement
  • Plan and execute content calendar while maintaining consistent tone and voice across all social channels
  • Proactive reporting and analytical insights on content performance and social sentiment
  • Work closely with cross functional partners to develop campaigns and achieve brand marketing goals (Marketing, creative, PR & influencer, digital)
  • Manage and grow social media community
  • Collaborate to photoshoots and asset creation
  • Support the execution of multiple high-priority digital campaigns as needed
  • Manage communication and distribution of content internally via asset management tool
  • Manage organization and tracking of model and photography usage rights

Key Experience / Skills / Attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Communications, or Marketing
  • 3+ years of progressive Social Media experience; luxury and/or beauty industries preferred but not required
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Must have strong understanding of the beauty space, luxury market and social media trends
  • Must possess strong copy writing and communication skills
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Multi-tasking, self-starter who thrives in fast pace environment and willing to be “hands on” when needed.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) is a plus
