Growth Marketing Manager
The Growth Marketing Manager will be part of the Enterprise Growth team at 1-800-flowers. This individual will be responsible for overall development and day-to-day management of the growth marketing programs including affiliate, influencers, and content partnerships.
As a growth marketing manager, you will be a strategic thinker and self starter, with the know-how, experience, and enthusiasm to identify and implement growth marketing initiatives and to make significant impact to a fast growing, multi-million dollar program. You would be supported with significant resources, including internal and agency teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and exceed revenue targets for program via the following core roles:
RESEARCH, STRATEGY, & OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT
- Work with Director of Growth Marketing to set strategic direction for the Affiliate and Content programs for multiple brands under the 1800 Flowers enterprise.
- Responsible for overall management and growth of the affiliate partnerships. Review incoming proposals and make recommendations for testing new partners.
EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT
- Lead agency partner to develop content marketing and promotional plans, including new customer acquisition and seasonal events, to drive revenue growth.
- Evaluate and recruit new partners such as content publishers and influencer networks to integrate into the existing affiliate program.
- Deepen relationship with existing affiliate partners on enhanced exposure via increased commissions or fixed advertising dollars.
- Negotiate with affiliate partners for additional placements, particularly during key seasonal times such as Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
INTERNAL MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate internally with marketing, creative, legal, and merchandising to execute against all partner deliverables, including assets, promo codes, tracking links and landing pages.
- Build strong relationships with internal key partners and come up with new initiatives that create growth opportunities in areas such as mobile, influencers, and content marketing.
POST-ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Analyze sales performance and trends; recommend appropriate changes in strategy, pricing, and promotions to achieve revenue and expense objectives.
- Proactively manage Affiliate Channel budget and revenue through reporting dashboard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in driving user retention and acquisition through affiliate marketing and content partnerships, preferred in ecommerce or retail industry.
- Account management experience to maximize the partnerships and relationships.
- Experience with budget planning and pacing management.
- Working knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as display and native.
- Must be creative, result driven and highly organized.
- Attention to detail and strong analytic skills to measure performance against goals.
- Marketing or Communications Bachelor's Degree preferred.
