Description

We are looking for someone to accelerate, design, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization as we enter into this next phase of growth. The Director of Influencer Sale and Operations will specifically focus on our creator and entrepreneur community, from the sales process through service delivery. This role will be responsible for working with our sales, account management and customer service teams to deliver value to our brand customers and network of creators. It is a job that requires vast knowledge of the Influencer landscape, a passion for quick growth, and a dedication to growing the Mavely community. The primary responsibility of the job is to oversee the Mavely community as well as outreach and management of Influencers including contracts, deliverables, and overall thoughtful social media program management.

We are seeking someone who is a willing self-starter and executer, able to derive, develop and execute on process oriented deliverables, and can critically solve problems both independently & as a collective leader. Experience scaling an organization within the creator and influencer market is desired.

This role will be a key leader in the Mavely organization as we scale our customers and reach.
